〔記者曹逸雯／台北報導〕財政部今（7）日發布9月海關進出口貿易統計，出口值意外出現負成長，連帶也拖累第3季表現，年減0.8%，不過，電子產品出口78.3億美元，創下歷年單月新高，財政部也樂觀預期，由於正值年底旺季，10月份的情況應該會好轉，全年出口正成長應該沒什麼問題。
