〔記者楊伶雯／台北報導〕新興市場債券9月隨著FOMC會議出乎意料維持原購債規模，QE退場化機暫時解除後，資金重回新興市場債券基金，帶動近1個月各類型的新興債同步呈現反彈走勢，尤以新興當地貨幣主權債大漲4.5%最可觀。台新新興市場債券基金經理人張正利表示，未來影響債市最大的變數為美國政府關門及舉債上限所引發的降評風險，但根據2011年美國降評後的經驗，新興市場債短期跌幅有限甚至小漲，1年後更大幅反彈。
