刺臀8公分玻璃 院方回應未發現無疏失

【林媛玲、曾伯愷／新北報導】真是離譜！女大生刺臀的8公分玻璃，急診室醫師竟然沒發現。市立三重醫院公關室主任許富順表示，昨天晚上已打電話關心該名病患。院方檢閱病歷，病患在急診救診、換藥、拆線以及追蹤過程均無異常現象，也囑咐病患要回診。
院方表示，回診的時候沒有異狀，代表是醫師問診、以及理學檢查，以及其他輔助的症狀、判斷目前傷口恢復狀況良好，才會在病歷上做這樣的記載，並沒有疏失。
