〔記者胡健森／台北報導〕內政部今（11）日表示，對於陸資來台投資觀光旅館，有關不動產的取得及後續使用，已訂有完整的管理配套措施，基於兩岸土地資源及管理制度有所差異，未來將秉持適度開放與有效管理的原則，適時檢視並強化現行陸資來臺投資不動產之相關管理機制。
