〔記者葉志堅／台北報導〕藝人小S因涉及「詐欺」及「內線交易」案而被台北地檢署檢方開出兩張傳票，在今（11）日上午以證人身分傳喚到案；針對小S所涉案情，資深刑案律師認為，內線交易部份應該不會成立，但關於詐欺部分恐怕很難逃，而相關罪名一旦成立，易科罰金的金額預料將會是天價。
