〔記者鄧富珍／彰化報導〕今年4月份在彰化社頭開出的威力彩頭獎中獎人，14日捐出完稅後十分之一獎額1.2億做為公益善款，其中1,000萬元指定捐贈彰化縣政府添購5輛高頂復康巴士，嘉惠身心障礙朋友。
