〔記者胡健森／台北報導〕立法院長王金平被控涉嫌幫民進黨團總召柯建銘司法關說，進而遭國民黨考紀會撤銷黨籍，今（14）日是王金平向國民黨廉能委員會提申訴的最後期限，不過直到下午5點半的下班時間，國民黨仍等不到王金平的申訴文件，國民黨發言人楊偉中說，只要是在「14日」之內，仍然都會受理，等同將申訴期限再放寬到午夜12點，但王金平似乎心意已決，不會向黨內提申訴。
