〔記者簡怡欣／台北報導〕沿著鐵軌而行，在充滿古早味的平溪放天燈，是許多旅客景點行程活動，然而在祈福許願的活動卻潛在著引起山區大火的危機，從15年前就開始行腳台灣撿垃圾的林明德指出，不僅是平溪天燈，或是慶祝活動的煙火、路邊堆棄及海邊漂流的垃圾，都是主管單位沒有負起責任，把活動所造成的環境與人體傷害當成兒戲！
