〔社會中心／高雄報導〕一名男子因為投資失利，妻子又在3年前罹癌半癱，自己又在1年半前中風，家裡還有2名中度智能障礙的兒子，人生際遇悲慘至極點。男子一時想不開，心想不願讓妻兒受苦，竟在客廳燒炭帶他們一起走，所幸癱妻因被濃煙嗆醒報警求救，並努力下床滅火感動丈夫，最後無人傷亡。
