〔記者林重鎣／台中報導〕台電公司台中火力發電廠配合台中市政府落實照顧弱勢族群，故協商推動關注企業社會責任「CSR計畫」，鼓勵員工參與志工服務主動關懷弱勢族群；並設電廠同心園地，15日上午舉行揭牌，邀請臺中市勞工局、台電公司長官及台中電廠鄭廠長揭牌，同時邀請臺中市私立惠明盲校前來音樂表演，一來能鼓勵盲生更添努力學習的動力，再來並落實主動關懷之實質意義。
