〔社會中心／綜合報導〕台北地檢署16日調查台北車站屋頂防水更新工程弊案，發現馮月忠建築師事務所在去年接受台鐵委託，涉嫌勾結南海材料公司，要求得標公司一定要用耐壓，且抗寒零下20度的「聚胺酯防水板」特殊材料綁標，從中收取回扣400萬元。檢調將朝違反《政府採購法》及《刑法》背信等罪嫌偵辦。
