〔記者胡健森／台北報導〕國民黨今（16）日召開中常會，安排交通部長葉匡時做重大交通施政報告，身兼黨主席的總統馬英九，聽完簡報後表示，從國外來台的總觀光人次、以及政府在觀光建設、公共運輸、海空運等各方面的規劃及建設，都有長足的進步，可說台灣進行了一場「交通建設小革命」，他並要求葉匡時應將交通部的政績讓民眾充分瞭解。
