〔記者林錫霞、金姵君／苗栗報導〕在苗栗縣政府積極的輔導下，三灣鄉銅鏡社區近年來致力於蔗糖的復育與發展，並經過不斷的嘗試與研發，一種叫做烏糖橘子饅頭的特色美食，終於亮麗上巿，夾著濃郁黑糖與橘子清香氣息的饅頭，咬在嘴裡，有一種清新舒活的味道，是銅鏡社區的一大創舉。
