〔記者林錫霞、金姵君／苗栗報導〕苑裡鎮的苑坑社區為一夾在印斗山與通霄台地之間的河谷峽地，平原雖然不多，卻在苑裡溪的哺育下，地力極為肥沃，這裡種出的米，不但晶瑩飽滿，而且香Q有彈性，在地居民將這裡的米，加工製成自然農栽米、古早味麵條，再搭配山上茶園產出的老牌烏龍茶，一起編繪出茶米之鄉的富麗景象，令人神往。
