〔記者文濱╱桃園報導〕桃園科技工業園區工業用水供水系統及污水下水道系統營運移轉，21日在縣長吳志揚親自主持下，和取得受委託營運資格的嶺蓁水科技股份有限公司執行長李賢聖共同簽訂投資契約，即日起至營運期間20年屆滿後，營運權將再無償移轉給桃園縣政府。
