〔記者邱明玉／台北報導〕民進黨立委邱志偉今(22)日上午舉行記者會指出，在國家財政困難，全民薪資倒退之際，行政院在今年度預算卻又巧立名目，編列沒有法源依據的公務員獎金總計超過24億元，他質疑這些獎金是否發放合理，江內閣已經淪為不折不扣的「敗家內閣」。
