【黎百代／桃園報導】黃色小鴨底座今上午7時運抵桃園縣新屋鄉後湖埤展場組裝，今上午10時許已可看出底座形狀，專案負責人樂宇庭表示，預計今下午1時許可完成吊掛下水，底座完成下水後，原本預定今下午4時許，黃色小鴨要試充氣下水，但是就天氣狀況來看，因為白天風勢過大可能會取消，可能會在明（23日）凌晨1時至6時風勢較小再充氣，最可能的時間是在10月23日清晨6時至7時，但還要看桃園縣文化局及天候而定。
