〔記者胡健森／台北報導〕台灣希望工程學會今（22）日邀請旅日作家劉黎兒在立法院群賢樓9樓大禮堂，以「原來核災離台灣這麼近－台灣最有可能成為下一個福島」為題進行反核演說，劉黎兒表示，當日本福島核災發生，她舉家避難時想到，台灣老舊的核一、核二廠都離台北不遠，為了基本生存權及不再增加劇毒遺產給後代，台灣必須廢核。
