〔記者顏真真／台北報導〕國泰金控總經理李長庚22日表示，現階段國外購併優先於國內購併，又以大陸及東南亞為發展重點，其中上海國泰人壽新股東已確定，但仍要尊重對方，等大陸宣布，預計年底完成所有程序，包括增資，至於銀行部分，會參股大陸銀行或到上海自貿區發展？他說，很快會有明確方案對外宣布。
