〔記者顏真真／台北報導〕近來新台幣狂升，收盤價更升破29.5元，也讓企業凍不條頻喊貶，雖然中央銀行總裁彭淮南未正面回應，不過，央行22日對外表示，近期查獲某外資自取得FINI身分以來，從未持有國內有價證券，卻數次在資金匯入後，短天期內再匯出，已藉此獲取匯兌利益，有炒匯之嫌，已移請金管會處理。
