〔記者李鴻典／台北報導〕中央氣象局指出，今天(23日)仍受東北季風影響，天氣型態和昨天類似，也都是南北差異大的狀況：在北部及東半部仍是雲多有局部短暫雨的天氣，但是水氣明顯增多，降雨機率提高不少，提醒北部和東半部的朋友外出別忘了攜帶雨具；而中南部則依然是比較晴朗穩定的天氣，僅山區午後有零星的短暫雨。
