李宗瑞案 二審下午首開庭

（中央社記者黃意涵台北23日電）富少李宗瑞被控性侵偷拍34名女子案，一審依數罪各判他18年6月及3年10月；台灣高等法院二審下午2時50分首次開庭。

李宗瑞被控自民國98年起，到台北市夜店把妹後，對34名女子下藥性侵，再用攝影機和手機拍攝性愛過程，遭檢方依涉犯加重強制性交等罪起訴，痛斥他毫無悔意，具體求刑30年有期徒刑。

根據台北地方法院一審判決，法官認定李宗瑞偷拍15人、性侵9人。強制性交合併執行18年6月徒刑，要賠償12名被害人一共新台幣1425萬元；另妨害秘密罪部分，得易科罰金，因此兩項罪名刑期，不得合併計算。

全案上訴二審後，高院將於下午2時50分召開首次準備程序庭。1021023
