〔記者胡健森／台北報導〕總統馬英九今（23）日以黨主席身分主持國民黨中常會，在聽取衛生福利部政務次長林奏延所做的食品安全問題簡報後，提出了「28字箴言」的因應對策，馬英九表示，政府一定要「嚴查重罰、立即下架、增加人力、妥編預算、鼓勵檢舉、動員志工、長期監測」，拿出辦法、魄力及勇氣，將黑心廠商揪出來，讓民眾能安心地採購食物。
