〔記者簡怡欣／台北報導〕狂犬病疫情仍在發燒！指揮中心今(23)日指出，有鼬獾族群出没但染病鼬獾的鄉鎮犬貓施打率已達7成，原住民山地鄉及出現疫情區域則達9成，其它地區則仍僅有6成施打率。指揮中心呼籲民眾務必攜帶犬貓施打疫苗；而明年1月起將開始懲處沒有為寵物辦理登記或是施打疫苗的飼主，以督促全民共同防疫。
