〔記者胡健森／台北報導〕國內接二連三爆發食品安全問題，民進黨立委管碧玲今（24）日建議提案修正食品衛生管理法，加重對黑心廠商的罰則及刑責，同時打算增訂「危險犯」的相關刑罰，管碧玲認為，只要黑心商品有傷害人體健康之虞，政府就應該祭出重罰，可處10年以下有期徒刑、拘役或併科1億元以下罰金。
