〔記者陳思豪／台北報導〕立法院今(24)日舉行第9場服貿協議公聽會，面對龐大的陸資可能進入台灣市場，顧問業代表蔡芬英認為，台灣技術領先對岸40年，加上有自己的文化，不需過度擔憂，或許還可以藉此與對方合作，進一步對大陸市場有更高的熟悉度，方便業者開拓市場。
