〔文／閻亢宗〕俄羅斯與中國大陸關係最近又再上層樓，先是中國石油天然氣集團與俄羅斯國家石油公司將在俄羅斯東西伯利亞和遠東地區，共同開發大型油氣田；繼而俄羅斯總理麥維德夫訪問北京時，與大陸簽署每年增加供應一千萬噸原油的能源協議。雖然促成兩國能源合作的原因很多，但其中一大因素是美國的頁岩油革命，頁岩油開發不僅改變了全球能源供給，也改變了全球戰略面貌。
