〔社會中心／綜合報導〕前台北縣長周錫瑋機要秘書麥安懷，因收受廠商分別為SLK、 S350等級的兩輛賓士轎車，讓特定廠商取得公有停車場委外開單標案，被最高法院判刑7年2月、褫奪公權5年，今（24）天下午2時許，向新北地檢署報到入監。但麥安懷仍否認收錢拿車，強調是為了自己當年「識人不清」，而來接受服刑悔過。
