〔社會中心／嘉義報導〕震驚全台的嘉義醃頭案，死者陳婉婷的頭顱被發現放置在水上鄉的一間公廁裡，案發至今公廁已封閉7個月，附近居民繪聲繪影，講得鬼影幢幢，導致沒人敢靠近公廁。廟方27日拆除公廁，未來將改建為小公園。
