【蔡筱雯／綜合外電報導】英國顧問公司創辦人菲爾波利自命為未來趨勢專家，他相信未來人類可以住在海中，他的構想是以8個巨大的球狀建築組合在一起，形成「次生態圈」，生態圈中有自給自足的空氣、飲水和食物，大約可容納100人定居或短暫度假，波利已繪出想像圖，希望在他有生之年能夠實現這個夢想。
