【蔡筱雯／綜合外電報導】美國科學家發現，跟指紋一樣，人類口腔牙齦上的細菌也是獨一無二。不同的種族，口腔的細菌也都不同。

近日公布的報告發現，華裔、拉丁裔、白人、非西班牙裔黑人等4個種族，大家口腔細菌的相似度僅2％。學者利用特別儀器分辨100個口腔細菌樣本，推測樣本屬於哪個種族，結果機器命中率62％，這項突破性發現將有助於改革口腔護理方式和疾病的治療。
