〔記者康仁俊／台北報導〕針對立法院預算中心日前公布國安局預算評估報告指出，負責國家元首、副元首人身安全的特勤中心人員體能合格率只有8成左右，國安局長蔡得勝今（28）日表示，今年第一次測驗中有6位同仁不合格，這些人還有兩次抽測的機會，同時依據特勤條例規定，如果特勤人員連續兩年抽測不合格，就必須歸建。
