〔記者邱明玉／台北報導〕民進黨立委劉建國今（28）日舉行記者會，痛批食品所發給大統長基與富味鄉17張GMP認證，根本是17張廢紙，食品所一方面提供大統長基和富味鄉專業服務，兩年收取253萬元，一方面又擔任查核工作，根本是「球員兼裁判」，沒有利益迴避，難怪什麼都查不出驗不到。
