〔記者郭政隆／嘉義報導〕嘉義市南門派出所巡佐江玉銀及警員陳俊安於日前上午10時許執行巡邏勤務時，接獲民眾報案表示，東市場內攤販的塑膠袋皆被小偷偷走，被竊取的店家向警方說是上午做生意的時候突然發現他們的塑膠袋都不見了，經員警調閱監視器發現，是一位矮胖又駝背的中年男子於晚間行竊，員警陳俊安再詢問附近店家後得知，該名男子偶爾會坐在市場飲食區內發呆，且該名男子因精神不佳，陳警回到派出所調閱監視器時，與所內同仁聊到竊嫌，恰巧一位同事表示他曾經盤查過這位竊嫌，因為特徵明顯，所以印象很深，建議陳警到中央廣場去找找看，說不定會有所收穫，果然陳警一到中央廣場後即發現竊嫌坐在一旁的椅子上發呆。
