〔記者范文濱╱桃園報導〕水務局規劃大溪埔頂與中壢兩大BOT污水處理廠，均分別傳出問題而停頓；縣議員陳治文總質詢指出，大溪埔頂埔頂污水處理廠預定地發現大量廢棄物，讓得標廠商半途而廢，中壢污水處理廠則是得標廠廠商財物不健全而退縮。縣議員陳治文指出，污水處理系統之建設刻不容緩，建議採公辦或易地處理。
