〔記者陳思豪／台北報導〕檢察總長黃世銘遭訴，民進黨前主席蔡英文今(2)日表示，本案裡頭不但牽涉洩密問題，同時也有濫權監聽的問題。她也指責總統馬英九，身為國家元首應捍衛司法體系的尊嚴及人民對司法的信賴，但在整個案子中，卻「沒有很堅強的意志」。
