假身障停霸王車 被抓包判拘役

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北2日電）鄭姓男子貪小便宜，以偽造的身心障礙者專用停車位識別證，四處停霸王車。台北地院依15個詐欺罪，判處拘役100日。

法院判決指出，鄭男並非身障者，他自稱從友人手上取得偽造的身障者專用停車位識別證。他貪小便宜，從民國100年起在台北市藉此四處停車，假如被開單，事後再藉此免費銷單，不但免費使用身障者車位，也免繳停車費。

不料，台北市停車管理工程處人員今年間眼尖，察覺有異，全案才曝光。鄭男到案後坦承犯行，辯稱身障者停車位識別證是是由友人偽造。

法官比對偽造版與正版果然樣式不同，審酌被告貪圖停車便利和免繳停車費的小利，損害市府停車位識別證的正確性，依15個詐欺罪，判處拘役100日，可用新台幣10萬元易科罰金，全案可上訴。1021102
