〔記者莊漢昌／台南報導〕因重感冒，臨時取消市政總質詢的市議員曾順良，6日以書面質詢，指教育局長鄭邦鎮已不適任，要求市長賴清德即時更換，否則，為了下一代的未來，他不排除帶領重視教育民眾到市府抗議。
