〔記者陳木隆／宜蘭報導〕壯圍鄉公所訂於11月11日至22日舉辦「家戶隨手作環保，美化綠化環境好活動」，凡設籍於該鄉的民眾於活動期間的上班時段，可持身份證明文件，將公告的回收資源與數量攜至清潔隊，即可兌換盆栽。共備有1萬1仟盆海棠盆栽，數量有限，換完為止。
