〔記者郭政隆／嘉義報導〕行政院雲嘉南區聯合服務中心與嘉義市政府為提升嘉義市民對多元民族文化之認識、尊重與欣賞，營造友善城市，從11月9日開始每周六舉辦一系列精采活動，在11月串起「微笑＋1繽紛我嘉」多元文化月，並於6日上午於市府一樓中庭舉辦活動記者會，現場有吳鳳科大應用日語系學生表演「躍動客家閃耀我嘉」舞蹈，還有來自印尼、越南、新疆、雲南等新住民帶來異國服飾走秀，而北原山貓帶來的「原聲響起 微笑+1」原住民歌舞表演，更融入不同族群語言及特色。
