日中小學教師平均年薪181萬　財務省想砍

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】據日本共同社報導，日本2012年度的公立中小學教師平均年薪為607.7萬日幣（約181萬台幣），比從事一般行政的地方公務員高出10.2萬日幣（約3萬台幣）。因此日本財務省想要從2014年起，將公立中小學教師的平均年薪下調10萬日幣，但文部科學省已表態反對。

共同社稱，由於當前日本財政狀況困難，日本國債已經超過1000兆日幣（約298兆台幣）。而公立中小學教師的薪資有三分之一由國庫負擔。財務省表示，若將中小學教師的平均年薪下調10萬日幣，一年可為日本國庫剩下250億日幣（約74.6億台幣）。但文部科學省認為，教師不可與一般行政的公務員等同視之，堅持反對降薪方案。
