〔記者范文濱／桃園報導〕針對捷運綠線規劃，傳出池塘變黃金傳聞，影響縣府施政團隊形象，縣議員廖輝星，縣政總質詢中，認為綠線捷運需886億經費與高雄捷運的億元相較下，沒有經濟利益還傳出炒作土地傳聞，為避免影響縣政府團隊形象，建議將台鐵廢棄的桃林鐵路重新做規劃，變成輕軌捷運，除節省經費更節省施工時間。
