卡拉OK酒後互毆　兩人挨告傷害

【蕭夙眉／台中報導】台中市劉姓男子（38歲，傷害致死、詐欺前科）、陳姓男子（30歲，公共危險前科）今天凌晨到豐原區一家卡拉OK歡唱，被其他桌顧客控告傷害，指控兩人無緣無故在廁所內毆打溫姓男子（41歲）、張姓男子（47歲），導致溫男頭部、胸部挫傷；張男頭部挫傷，張男直言：「他們拿著掃帚、空玻璃酒瓶打人，還嗆給你死！」兩男辯稱，疑似不與對方喝酒，對方先打人，「打人喊救人，我們也要去驗傷反告他們傷害。」
