〔記者莊漢昌／台南報導〕台南市永康區成功里眷村拆除後空地髒亂如叢林，市議員李坤煌15日要求市府清理，並在都市更新案中規劃眷村文化館用地。另外，南科聯外道路希拉雅、目加溜大道兩側雜草叢生，南科特定區生態公園無人管理、照明設施不亮、環境髒亂，李坤煌也要求市府立即處理，以免被國際人士看了降低投資意願。
