貼持槍照恐嚇，名排骨飯老闆遭逮

37歲郭姓男子自2010年起，向45歲惠姓房東承租位於新北市淡水區的店面賣排骨飯，小有名氣。2012年3月租約到期前，房東和郭男約定從4月開始調漲租金並續租，但郭男從1月起便藉故拖延支付租金，也不和房東續約，房東要求郭男搬離。郭男反在社群網站上發表恐嚇字句，要脅對房東不利，還自拍持槍照片po網。

基隆市警二分局偵查隊25日下午4時許持搜索票、拘票，到郭男位於淡水的家中逮人，並起出1把瓦斯手槍、6瓶氣瓶和30顆小鋼珠。訊後依恐嚇罪嫌，將他移送士林地檢署偵辦。
