〔記者劉家和╱花蓮報導〕花蓮縣選舉委員會今天辦理花蓮市國安里長出缺補選投票，結果由前里長蔡月琴的夫婿陳忠和一九四票當選，另一候選人宋家興獲得一二六票，無法挑戰成功。
