月退擬以最後在職十五年平均計算

公務員月退休金目前以最後在職本俸兩倍為計算基準，導致很多人退休所得高於現職待遇，未來擬將本俸兩倍，逐年降到本俸一點七倍；也擬比照勞保，將最後在職本俸，改為最後15年的平均本俸，但也可能是10年或20年。
