〔記者顏真真／台北報導〕財團法人金融消費評議中心成立屆滿1年，根據統計，2012年已有處理結果的申請評議案件共計1843件，佔總收案件數73.6%。如依終結方式區分，不受理佔7%、調處成立及撤回合計佔35%，作成實體評議決定者佔58%，而在作成實體評議決定的案件中，金融服務業者應賠付佔30%。
