放射線治療過量法醫師判刑18個月

法國法院30日將兩名醫師和一名放射線治療師判刑18個月，罪名是他們對將近450名癌症病患的放射線治療劑量過量。

三人於2001年到2006年間，在法國東北部艾比納的尚莫內醫院治療病患時，因校準錯誤，造成病人嚴重不適，至少已有12人因劑量過量死亡。三人被控殺人罪。（法新社）
