〔記者林修卉／台北報導〕前總統陳水扁的病況影片曝光，右手不停抖動，出現言語表達障礙。扁辦今（31）日表示，陳水扁自去年9月住進北榮之後，腦部微小血管病變相關病症，持續階段性惡化，已擴及多系統退化，但北榮迄今仍無確切診斷，卻選擇避重就輕、含糊其詞。
